c..o…n….spiracy

(Coming to America is such a great movie – Since Mr. A.Lee. doesn’t have the whole internet thing down and isn’t sure how to do a post.  he sent me this email of his thoughts.. I was pretty proud of him for tackling email but he doesn’t have that mastered yet, the entire body of the email was in the subject.  I have to say, it was the longest subject I have ever received.  A.Lee is a conspiracy theorist and believes, well, just read it.  i’ll add some photos to make it look a little snazzy)

Food for thought: Danny Sheridan and his bullshit.

 9811341-large

Reasons Alabama is behind this:

Auburn is recruiting at all time high right now and ‘Suitgate’ would be the biggest news story in the state right, And it wouldn’t be at a good time for the Tide - with another preseason #1 ranking.  But lets be clear, this is a big story.

Peter Tramal started this shit with  Chizik/NCAA exchange. That was like me asking a girl out and her saying no and you overheard it and said I was rapping her. Danny wants to do his part for Bamar, being a Bama Alumni, or maybe he just needs some publicity.

Paul Finebaum refuses to talk about Suitgate.  Why hasn't F.bomb mentioned any banned booster or fired compliance officers? Paul is the most influential news member in the SEC and he is refusing to talk about a scandal that is in his back yard.  Alabama controls the media and especially Paul.

Random thoughts but worth considering .

(ok, so let me ask you a question Mr. Lee.  You are suggesting that The Alabama controlled media is behind sparking renewed interest into Newtongate to reduce the importance of Suitgate?  I think that is what you are saying, and if that is the case.. well, I think you got a decent conspiracy theory.  I agree 100% that UA controls the media in this state (and that isn’t me hating on Bama, I believe any Bamar with half a fucking brain would agree) and I also agree that Suitgate has NOT gotten the coverage that I think it deserved.  The disassociation of Albetar and the firing of the compliance officer should be pretty damn big news.

I agree that the Media may be choosing which story to run with but based more on who buys their papers and not their love for the Tide...  Bama fans don’t want to read about a compliance officer being fired and since most Auburn fans can’t read… well, it makes it pretty easy to figure out what article to run with.  I DO believe Danny Sheridan.  I believe he has a contact with the NCAA.  I believe his source has told him that money was exchanged, they just need the witness to agree to some things.  All that said, Neither school will be face any charges)

NFL Moves

Albert Haynesworth to New England

Haynesworth1

To only give up a 2013 5th rd draft pick..  I think they got a guy who has a HUGE upside and his bullshit in Washington want fly with the Pats.  The only thing I am waiting to see is what kind of contract he signs...

Ochocinco to New England

C_Ochocinco_081005_Wide

I don’t know what N.E. gave up to get him.. but I love this move.  I think Chad has a ton of respect for Belichick and if heard the way Randy Moss talked about Bill last year, then you are not worried about how Chad will be acting in Boston.  This is a really good move for N.E.

Reggie Bush to Miami

 reggie-bush-workout1

2yr 10 million deal… he was due 11.8 this year with the N.O…  I see Miami picking up a #1 overall draft pick and getting him in his prime age for 5 mil a year.  I like the move on both parts.  With the aints drafting Ingram in the 1st rd it was, all but, certain that Reggie would be going somewhere and it was smart not to send him somewhere in the NFC south.

Sproles to New Orleans

Players_3

Losing Bush (due 11.8 mil this year) and picking up Sproles (3.5 mil/yr) is brilliant to me.  They got the same guy for a HUGE discount.  Love this move.

Johnathan Joseph to Houston

Jonathan-Joseph-bengals-corner-e1311077689356

The Texans need help in the back field on Defense and Joseph is top tier CB.  Also, Houston is reported to be in the mix for Asomugha.   If Joseph is lined up against a #2 WR with Asomugha on the other side…  Houston’s D could be dangerous.

The free agent signings and trades are just crazy right  now..  Every time I pull up a website their is a different signing… and it will not stop over the weekend either.

Tiger playing this weekend at Bridgestone

Well, Tiger is making his return to competitive golf this weekend at Bridgestone and I for one am pumped up about it. Like him or not (and I do like him), he put the game of golf on the national stage. Don't believe me? Go back and look at the money winners were making pre-Tiger and look at the paychecks these guys are cashing today. He has brought so many people into the game of golf and with that comes the big money companies who want their brand advertised. He also is going with a high school friend as his caddy. Bryan Bell has spot caddied in the past, including a win at the Buick Invitational in 1999. Also two second place finishes are on his resume. I think it'll do Tiger good to have a good friend on the bag to make Tiger comfortable. I don't think he'll win, but I wouldn't be shocked if he does. Grip it and rip it Tiger.

Happy Thursday Guys

Heading to Vegas next Tuesday night to stay at the Mandalay Bay for 5 nights with my better half (sick brag, I know). Gonna be playing some poker tournaments, blackjack, roulette, craps and whatever the hell else I want to play. What do you guys enjoy playing? I may set up a Twitter account and give updates on my progress when playing poker tournaments, we'll see. Other that gambling, I'll be drinking, hanging out at the pool/beach sight seeing. Life is good boys. I'll give a good report in two weeks.

Getting Close

You know it is close to football season when ALee pops back up on Southern Fried. It is great to see ALee and BP go back and fourth with their magical dialog. Welcome back ALee you only have a few more weeks to celebrate that National Championship before the Bulldogs of Miss St come in and de-throne the mighty Tigers.

Guns Up!!

His name is already being tossed around for the UNC vacancy.

Brett's story about Shitting himself

Worth watching the whole damn thing..

from 'today's big thing'

NFL

I told Joe that I was going to make this post yesterday just to start a fight.......To hell with the NFL. The entire season could have been lost to a lockout and I wouldn't have cared one bit. The whole thing is over a bunch of billionaires & millionaires fighting about more money than 98% of people will never be able to dream about. You damn near have to take out a second mortgage on your house to attend a game. If it weren't for gambling, the NFL would serve no purpose whatsoever for me. And hell, now that I don't live in Vegas anymore the gambling isn't that fun. Guess it just boils down to being sick and tired of spoiled rich people fighting over money and then trying to plead their case to the public. Like I really give a shit if Peyton Manning, Drew Brees, Tom Brady or anyone else ever makes another damn dollar. Give me college sports where the athletes don't get paid a dime any day of the weeek. Wait....did I just say that?

Suitgate – my thoughts

The University of Alabama put out a letter stating that no wrong doing has taken place… nobody did nothing.  BUT!!  Mr. Albetar, will be disassociated from the University.  uhhhh, huh?  If he did nothing wrong and is just an avid fan, then why disassociate him from the school?

Listen, I don’t think anything is going to come of this.. but Alabama fans that are screaming that nothing was going on and this is ‘much to do about nothing’..   give me a break.  The man was giving these kids shit.  Taking them out to dinner.  Hooking them up on a pimp ass Steve Harvey suit, you know the one with matching hat… because Ray Ray is going to get married this weekend down in Mobile.

That’s the kind of shit that goes on.  And I don’t have a problem with it.  What I do have a problem with is the ‘holier than thou attitude’ SOME (not all) Bamars are giving me.   Alabama is the equivalent of a guy wearing an ankle monitor on his way to see his parole officer, ok.   He isn’t going to be somebody’s character witness.

Is this what boosters are supposed to do?  $100 hand shakes, new suit, free dinner, hell you can come over and fuck my wife (full medal jacket ref.), just be sure to score a TD Saturday.

Tiger fires Stevie

With football season right around the corner, I wanted to get at least one more golf post in. What does the blog think about Tiger's decision to fire Steve Williams? They have to be one of the most - if not the most - successful player/caddie combos ever. (no facts were checked prior to making that statement) On one hand I think that Tiger is doing all that he can to make a complete, fresh start when he returns to golf. After all of the shit he put himself through, he probably feels that getting rid of everyone (except his agent) that he was involved with during that period in his life is the only way to truly close the chapter and move on. However, on the other hand I can't think of any other caddie that he should want to have right now. Tiger no longer intimidates anyone - the gallery included. Without Stevie to threaten bodily harm to photographers and anyone that says the wrong thing what will Tiger do? The dude just looks completely lost out there and now he has severed ties with one of his best & most loyal friends. I get that it is a business and Tiger can hire/fire whomever he pleases, but I think he just made a huge mistake. Stevie was/is someone that wouldn't take any of his shit and wasn't afraid to tell him when he was wrong.

What do you think?

With Butch gone, what happens now?

UNC is a better job than people think. It's a state institution with a ton of money. It's also about to be in a ton of trouble.

Who do you think they'll go after? Will they wait until after the season or go ahead and jump on RichRod or Leach. I'd probably go with Leach if I was them. They seem to get plenty of talent(paid or not) and have a loyal fan base.

What's your thoughts on this or do you not give a shit?

Nice Picture

Trent Richardson signing helmet

Can this picture be the one that benches Trent Richardson?

Or can this one?

5243aa99544510e

Instead of me just stealing everything I am reading from Clay Travis (who I believe is the equivalent to the National Enquire), Why don’t you go check the story out yourself and read all the details..  He poses some good questions.  Story HERE

I also got both of these photos from his site – Out Kick the Coverage

These stories start off with the garbage guys and end up moving up the latter.  Finebaum thinks this story has no legs but he could be wrong.

Photos are worth a 1,000 words.

Remember the name slap dicks!!

Tech's newest B Back, RS Freshman, Charles Perkins. 21 only gets handed to people worthy of the number. Of course, I still think he watches the white boy Preston Lyons for a few games before he blows up this year. Here's a high school pic.

Who's your team's break out player this year?

2 Free Agents

The only good thing about the lock it is the wind fall of free agent deals in such a short period of time.  Here are some that are interesting.

nnamdi-asomugha

Can the J.E.T.S. Jets Jets Jets land Asomugha?  Would it really be fair for offenses to go up against a Rex Ryan coached Defense with Asomugha on one side and Revis on the other?  Can you imagine what that would open up for them to be able to do with the DL’s and LB’s?  WOW!  He would have to settle on making less than the ridiculous 15 mil he is making now.. probably have to agree to about 11ish/yr.  especially since the Jets really want to make sure they keep Holmes.  The second best team that could land Asomugha is Baltimore…  Add him with Ray Lewis and Ed Reed (WOW)

Hasselbeck going to Tennessee is one of moves, early, that I really like.  Tennesse drafted Jack Locker and he will have, who I think, is a very good QB to learn under.  His wife, however, is the only reason to watch the View.

elisabeth-hasselbeck

It should be interesting watch everyone scramble to pick up, sign, drop, trade, all these players around in such a short period of time..  should be fun to watch.

Auburn Bagman???

The rumor is that Freddie Weygand could be the "bagman" for the Cam/Cecil Newton payment. As far as I can remember Weygand did and still does not have the greatest of reputation when it came to some shady shit.

I am not saying being shady makes you guilty, but it sure helps the investigation.

America......you sure got a purdy mouth

First off, ESPN stole my idea. Sure, maybe I can't prove it, but since when did that seem to matter in America, right? Hell, all I needs is 12 fame-seeking Flordians, a slick talkin' Hispanic lawyer, couple rolls of ducktape, and alot of imagination....and practically anything's fucking possible. Of course....everyone knows what I'm referring to....we've all been thinking about it.....its the overwhelming and possibly glaring similarities between, the recent NFL lockout and the current debate over the increase of the US debt limit.

Now, I'm not going to get into the facts of either case. Cause honestly, you wouldn't read it....and I really don't care to research it. I mean, lets admit it, it would be a great thesis paper to write for some college level course on economics or legal mediation, arbitration, poli-sci, whatever....but who we kidding, that shit ain't fly to read. I don't wanna write about it and you don't wanna read about it, so lets just leave it at that. (So how about you get to the fucking point already, dipshit!)

Cool.....Anyone remeber the movie Half-Baked, when Kenny spent his first night in jail. Fresh fish on the menu, everyone's after Kenny's cock-tail fruit, Squirrel-master coming outta left field, and Nasty-Nate's got the mark of the beast....devil/beast/naughtyjunglelove/666. (What a great quote movie, low quality, but great quotes). Anyway, I guess the point I'm trying to make is this..... this whole NFL lockout bullshit and United States Debt Limit Crisis debate non-sense is really starting to make me feel a lot like poor ole Kenny, sweating it out in prison. I mean Kenny was just a normal guy, getting by, trying to have a good time, fed the wrong horse, now Kenny's stuck in jail, freaking out and protecting his manhood.

I mean, shit, I'm like most people, I just wanna wake up on Sunday morning, check my bank account, know that the $215 in my checking account is still worth what is was last year, and that the Falcons are gonna piss me off again by squeaking out another snoozer w/ the Rams, at home, in the 4th quarter, by 2......right??

So why do I feel like the NFL owners & NFL players, along w/ ELECTED "representatives" in Congress are figuratively fucking me? Because, they are. See NFL owners/players and US politicians.....see they have something in common, they both need US. They need our passion, our hunger, our commitment, our desperation....and most of all...they need our $$$$! So they fuck us! How??

See, they know we love football....we want football. They know we need jobs. They know we like things simple, easy, traditional (to a certain exstint), normal. We don't want complications. Sure, its okay to just rock the boat a little.....get paid, get a little press, little publicity, re-elected, better pay, benefits.... I feel you, I really do! But holding fans and citizens hostage to the brink of what we've come to know and love, our freakin lively-hood.....over their greed and political games, just to make a little extra cash and score political points, well that's just fucking petty (even for politicians). "Hand's off Nasty-Nate.....find your own bitch!"! Fish is off the menu.

Now, I understand, that they (owners/players/politicians) may hold all the cards.....they have the leverage. So one way or the other.....we're gonna get fucked. But damn, at least tell me I'm pretty sometimes or better yet, respect me on Monday morning when I get up early, and go to work.....to pay your fucking salaries, you over/paid, over-rated, easily replaced, no-one will remember your names in 5 years DOUCHEBAGS!

(ESPN had a similar story about this, but as my lawyer will tell you, I had this idea first, and the truth will come out in trial).

Saban… Class

Nick Saban, today at SEC Media Days, said that, ‘I would like our fans to show class.’  uhhhh am I having a déjà vu

This is an article written after the Georgia/Alabama game in 2007.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
September 26, 2007

Saban lectures Tide fans: Try to have some class

Alabama Head Coach Nick Saban spent part of his Monday press conference trying to find a politically correct way of saying what he really thinks: Crimson Tide football fans have no class.

The head coach of the 22nd-ranked Crimson Tide spoke out on fan behavior at his Monday press conference in the wake of the aftermath of Saturdays overtime loss to Georgia, where fans in the UA student section threw cups and other objects onto the field where Georgia players were celebrating their victory.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------

This is what he was referring to..  check out the .27 second spot.

Now you are saying the same thing again?  Listen Mr. Saban…  You coach for a School that is about as classless as it gets.  They have never had class and they will probably never will.  But my question to you – Who the hell do you think you are??  Are you ‘classy’ Mr. Saban??

I think it was very classy of you to be named the Head Coach of LSU in November while still coaching Mich. St under contract.

I think it was very classy of you to high tail it out of Baton Rouge, still under contract, to go to Miami..

And the way you handled yourself in Miami, Mr. Saban, was about as classy as you can get.

There is a reason every body hates you where ever you have coached… because you fuckem when you leave.  And now you are going to stand up there at SEC Media days, in front of the Nation, and tell your own fan base to have more class??

wow…  Maybe some of you Bamars will take note of what your all mighty has instructed you to do.  Maybe you will show more class, because if you don’t, then you have disobeyed the Messiah… you know, the same guy that coughed up a 24 point lead at home to his in state rival.

You are from West Virginia you low life piece of shit, what the fuck do you think you know about class?

Auburn’s Heat

I was in Birmingham yesterday for the SEC Media days representing Southern Fried.  (ok, i went to an auction and had nothing to do with Media Days but what i said is a much better introduction)

Before I get to the NCAA heating up on the Barn I wanted to say I did get a chance to speak with Jack Arute on his nationally syndicated show on xm for about 5 minutes discussing Georgia Football. (what a lame ass i am.. my high light is making it on a talk show and sounding like some loser douche bag – GFY, you are still jealous of me)

Now on to the Barn.  Now I hate to bring this up a couple of days before Pepper gets married but fuck him.

os-auburn-cam-newton

(where is Cam sitting in this Picture Starrett)

Danny Sheridan is a very creditable journalist and doesn’t just say things to make head lines.   Here is a couple of quotes and then I will paraphrase what I heard over the entire conversation.

Sheridan ‘NCAA’s investigation into AU has been revved up since Chizik’s encounter in Destin’

Sheridan ‘As I understand it, the NCAA is trying to get an alleged 3rd person, or bag man, to come forward’

Sheridan ‘The investigation on Cam Newton is centered on his recruitment to AU. MSU is not a factor at all’

Sheridan ‘If the dots get connected, major sanctions will follow – vacation of Heisman and Nation Championship’

Sheridan ‘They think they know the third party and Who put up the money’

Now I spoke with Jody last night and he was listening also so Jody, please comment if you ‘heard’ something different than i did and you don’t agree with my paraphrasing.

The NCAA knows that Cecil Newton got paid and they feel very sure they know who paid him and they even think they know who paid the 3rd party person from Auburn – all they need to do is connect all the dots and cement some things and the Burn will be F. U. C. K. E. D.  Fucked.

Auburn fans have two ways to go about this IF and when it goes down..  and I will refer to these methods as who they were named after -

#1) The Pepper Method.  Be so in denial that you look for every possible reason that maybe, just maybe, Auburn will be found innocent…  Justify everything with something that you have found or something that makes you feel better.  Ignore every allegation and every indication that Auburn is going to get caught.  Remember, if you choose the ‘Pepper’ Method that you have to be very delusional, that is key for this method.  Also it doesn’t hurt to be very defensive and go straight to ‘attack’ when discussing anything Auburn.

#2) The Anthony Method.  Also referred to as ‘The Fuck It’ Method.  When going this route it is easier to be a huge fucking red neck but not a must.  The biggest thing here is knowing deep down inside that Auburn was the best Team in College football and beat everybody they played.  Doesn’t matter what the NCAA does, you can’t take away the feeling you had when that ball went through the up-rights to win it all.   It also helps to be able to say, ‘I was there! so go fuck yourself’  - also it helps to ask, ‘you think your school aint paying no body? fuck you’  again, it isn’t a must to be Copenhagen dippin natural light drinkin mustang drivin don’t give a fuck red neck, but it really helps.

Must see TV

This is gonna be awesome, can't wait to watch it. Best college football player to ever lace them up.

Bada Bing! President Tony Soprano?

Okay folks, here we go......2012 Presidential Race. Now I know alot of you come here for the sports (and maybe the softcore porn), but I think its time we decided broaden our scope of conversation to things that matters Monday-Sunday.....politics. Yeah, its boring, but so is women's basketball/soccer/billards/tennis and cheerleading, but that doesn't stop ESPN from dedicating 20% of its time to it showing that crap. So in the spirit of Title 9 and ESPN's early/mid-afternoon broadcast......let's get to politikin'.

Now there's no use ranting about the Tea Party, and how Obama is turning our country into a semi-communist/fully-socialist nanny-state (Glenn Beck's got that part covered). Nor would it be to rant about how "the party of NO" (Republicans) are killing the middle-class with their "tax cuts for the rich" and "bail-outs for Wall Street", corporate jet owners, blah, blah, blah. You want to hear that shit, turn on MSNBC and get your fill. Nope, lets talk about solutions, lets talk about elections. I mean if 30 million people vote/tune in to Fox to watch a smacked out Steven Tyler give singing lesson to Adam Lambert, then surely we can give a little love and attention to the 2012 Presidential election.

Having said that (Larry David-Curb your Enthusiam).....lets look at weak field of candidates the Republicans have to offer. Better yet....lets not. Cause, seriously, could this field be any lamer?? I've seen better line-ups in a Pittsburg Pirates program (say that 5 times fast). Herman Cain? Thanks for trying. Rick Santorum? Who? Ron Paul? Dude was born during the depression (the real one.) Michelle Bachman? Anyone who's ever worked for a woman....nuff said. And finally, Mitt Romney? The worlds only talking Brooks Brothers mannequin. Shit, I'd join Al Queda if these deadbeats were running the country. Which brings me to my point.....who the fuck is going to run against Obama???

I mean, I'm not an Obama fan, but you got to give it to the guy, he's pretty fucking cool. I mean, you listen to how the Bin Laden situation went down, and it was like watching an episode of 24 (the good ones, with the black guy as President). He walks cool, plays basketball, hangs out w/ rappers.....shit if he were'nt running the country in the ground, I might vote for the guy. Having said that (Larry David again, P.S. if you haven't watch Curb Your Enthusiam, what the fuck are you watching for laughs)....I think the best possible candidate we have to go to, isn't running.

Let me break it down.

6'2 265 lbs, from New Jersey, conservative, thinks government is the problem, and will tell you to GFY faster than Paulie-D on a five Jager-bomber club night. His name is Chris Christie and he's a fucking rockstar for people like me who follow politics like burnouts follow the Grateful Dead (does that still happen?). He's completely turned New Jersey from a nanny-state that relied on govt employees and unions in less than 2 years. He's not afraid to speak his mind, and when he does, its like Ronald Reagan and Tony Soprano had a love-child. The only problem.....dude keeps insisting he's not running in 2012. What the fuck? Either he's a bigger tease than pre-Federline Brittany Spears, or dude is waiting for 2016. I mean, I'm all about building up anticipation, which I hope that is what he's doing, but for Christ sakes man, we need a fucking candidate. Cause I don't think I can handle another McCain/Palin implosion.

Not So Fast My Friend

I do not really care what happens at Auburn, they won the National Championship.

As we all know the longer the NCAA hangs around the more of a chance they find something. I remember them hanging around the University of Alabama and eventually they found what they were looking for, or at least they found something.

During this time at Alabama I remember quite well Alabama fans sounding a lot like the Auburn fans are sounding now, and I was one of them. I am just saying I think Auburn needs to cooperate and get them the Hell out of Auburn as fast as possible.

2009 ACC Title

Tech Nerds can say what they want to about the Dawgs and other SEC teams but I can’t remember Georgia ever losing an SEC Championship to the NCAA????

We should have known something was up when Tech won it..  And it turns out there was.

Last question to my Southern Fried friends – Which Georgia team is on probation??

Cuba/Miami Swim

Ok… I have a lot respect for people that want to accomplish big things.. Conquering things that have never been conquered.  Pushing the limits to prove that it can be done.  but some of them are just fucking stupid and swimming from Cuba to Florida at 60 years old falls in the ‘fucking stupid’ category.

SPORTS SWIM-NYAD-SPORTSPLUS MI

She will have electronic shark shields that repel sharks but a bitch swimming in the Cayman Islands had the same ‘shocker 5000’ (i made the name up) and she had sharks coming from everywhere to get a taste…

This is one of those task I say can be done in a lot better way.   Lets have a race.  get 150 Cubans that want to come to America.  Give them no shocker 5K, 1 swimmy per person, 3 granola bars, and have a boat giving them water as needed.  Have head band cameras on each, boats all around filming in HD, and make it where you can log on to your computer and actually swim with the cuban of your choice.  The first 15 to make it to Miami get a green card and a condo.   Put the shit on Pay Per View and you got yourself the best damn reality show on TV.  Plus you will see if it can be done.

This could be my ticket guys!!  But what would be the name…

Drop It like It’s Hot

I got a really good feeling that this girl has a great career ahead of her…  I have been in my share of ‘gentlemen clubs’ but I can say that I have never seen a WHITE girl shake that ass like this one can..

Well worth the watch!

Severed Penis

By JOHN MONE, Associated Press John Mone, Associated Press Wed Jul 13, 3:38 am ET

GARDEN GROVE, Calif. – A Southern California woman was jailed Wednesday after authorities said she drugged her estranged husband, tied him to a bed before cutting off his penis and put it through a garbage disposal.

Garden Grove police Lt. Jeff Nightengale said Catherine Kieu Becker drugged a meal and served it to the victim, whose name was not released, shortly before the attack Monday night.

Nightengale said the 51-year-old man felt sick, went to lie down and lost consciousness. The 48-year-old Becker then tied the victim's arms and legs to the bed with rope, removed his clothes and attacked him with a 10-inch kitchen knife as he awoke, Nightengale said.

"He was conscious when his penis was removed," Nightengale said.

Nightengale said Becker put the penis in the garbage disposal and turned it on.

The lieutenant said Becker called 911 to report a medical emergency and told arriving officers "he deserved it" before pointing to the room where the victim was found tied to the bed, bleeding profusely. Authorities did not release details on a possible motive in the attack.

A telephone listing for Becker's residence could not be located and no one was home in the apartment.

Nightengale said Becker was taken into custody without incident and refused to talk to officers further. He said the couple was in the process of a divorce.

Bail for Becker was set at $1 million after she was booked at the Orange County Jail for investigation of aggravated mayhem, false imprisonment, assault with a deadly weapon, administering a drug with intent to commit a felony, poisoning and spousal abuse.

She was due in court Wednesday.

The victim underwent surgery and was listed in good condition at the University of California at Irvine Medical Center in Orange, hospital spokesman John Murray told the Orange County Register.

The newspaper said the victim declined to comment when he was reached by phone Tuesday afternoon.

"This is a private matter," he said.

Neighbor Lourdes Painter told The Associated Press the couple had been married since December, did not have any children and seemed very quiet. Becker and her husband lived in a second-story condo in the working class complex. Painter lives in the unit below them.

Nightengale said a database search showed no previous calls to the house for any past problems. He didn't know what kind of food the couple ate for dinner. Detectives took the food as evidence and were analyzing it.

No private attorney was listed on booking documents. If Becker seeks a public defender, one could be appointed at her first court appearance.

In 1993, Lorena Bobbitt cut off her husband's penis in Virginia and threw it out of her car window into a field on the side of the road. She claimed years of sexual abuse drove her to the attack, and she was acquitted by reason of insanity. His penis was later reattached

The Wild Wild West

We have started breaking down some of the schedules – lets just dive straight into who we like and why.

I think everyone will agree that LSU and Bama are the favorites.

Arkansas, Auburn, Mississippi State are the sleepers/stunners/spoilers – which is which?

and then you got Ole Miss who has Houston Nutt.

I like LSU over Bama in the Favorites category.

I think LSU has a tougher non-conference slate w/ Oregon AND West Va with Bama only playing Penn State / AND the LSU/Bama game is in Alabama.

That said, I still like the tigers to represent the West in Atlanta.  I think Alabama’s offense is going to be in trouble without Julio.  I believe the Defense is waiting for someone to fill Rolando’s shoes as the ‘coach on the field’ and no one has.

I Like Arkansas as the sleeper.  Bobby P has been building an offensive power house down in the Ark and we are about to see it.  Highest scoring offense in the SEC by a TD this year.

Not sure who is going to be the stunner or the spoiler between the Burn and Miss State…

Georgia / Boise State

I can’t imagine how fired up / nervous / anxious / pumped / excited / scared / and every other emotion going through my body on game day… until about 1:00 when I make my first Bourbon Drink and the Nervous goes away.. then another drink and the scared goes away..  then another and the anxious goes away..  by game time I will be fired up, pumped, excited, and drunk!

Game Day coming soon.

(I will have to DVR the LSU/O game)

UT schedule rundown for Rusty aka Mr. Vol Ball

I really believe UT is going to be a lot tougher than they were last year. Not big on a lot of names, but I do know Tyler Bray and Tauren Poole are going to be studs for them. They have another year of maturity on them and are more familar with the way Dooley's staff does things. I'm looking at an 8-4 season. I have a few very possible L's in there along with some toss up games. What do ya'll think?

Happy Tuesday Southern Fried

Sorry for my absence, here's a little something to make up for lost time...

New Spot

Here is my new 30 second spot for TV.  I have amped up a little bit on the production and going with a little more quality camera work.. I also got new music for the back ground and ending.  let me know what you guys think.  and also, any suggestions for the next one.

Bama's schedule run down!!

Here's my guess on what they'll do:

10 should be wins with 2 toss up games with Arky and LSU. I have a feeling they'll beat LSU and lose to Arky(just a gut feeling). So they should go 11-1. What do you guys think?

Better Shape than Tide QB

I am willing to bet that almost everyone on this blog is in better shape than Tide QB AJ McCarron, and has better ink. This tatoo is awful.

It looks like he needs to spend more time off of the beach and in the weight room, and I can say this because I am not the QB at the University of Alabama. We want even talk about the girl under his arm, come on you are the QB for the University of Alabama, I am just saying.

Run down of the defending champ's brutal schedule.

How will they do:

Utah St: W

@ Clemson: L

FAU: W

@ SC: L

@ Arky: L

Fla: Toss up

@LSU: L

Ole Miss: W

@UGA: Toss up

Samford: W

Bama: L

So I have them anywhere from 4-8 to 6-6. If Gus can find a QB, and I don't know their QB situation, they can get to 6-6. What do y'all think? Am I way off base? I think I'm being pretty realistic. I'm not trying to ruffle any feathers, just stating my opinion. Opinions???

Some love from the bloggers.....

Just wanted to share this jewel of an email from Joseph that came into my work email yesterday afternoon. I would like to point out that I have known Joe since 1997 and he still hasn't figured out that there is an "e" in my last name.

"at the personal request of Reese - Pully, will you please come back to the blog. I don't what happened or if someone hurt your little feelings but get off you high horse and get back on the fucking blog. And don't give me that 'new kid' shit. I got 3 of the fuckers and still find time for Southern Fried. Southern Fried is one of our kids and you are treating him like he was from a previous marriage that you regret. So pull that black dildo out of your ass and get on it. as bad as I hate to say it... we miss you. fucker.
