Lebron James
Is it just me or is he one of the most cocky superstars out there? He is without a doubt the best player in the NBA right now and will possibly go down as the greatest ever, but to me he has zero class. All the dancing, flexing, shit talking, etc..... did Jordan ever do all of that crap? In my opinion, no. Jordan would just abuse you on offense, hound you on defense and drop 50 on you. The Cavaliers in general just come off as a bunch of punks. Maybe it's because they haven't been there before and just don't know how to handle themselves. This is a far cry from the days of Mark Price, Craig Ehlo and Brad Daugherty. I am tired of all of the Lebron slurping that goes on every time he plays. The dude is a freak of nature and sweats out more talent than a lot of people will ever have in their lifetime, but enough is enough. If you want to be an ambassador to the game, get rid of all of the side-show bullshit.

I agree completley!! But!! Interesting you say this about Lebron but you like Tiger. Maybe that cockyness is a big part of what makes Lebron....well Lebron to quote you on tiger. Just sayin!
ReplyDeleteMicheal Jordan's introductory speech to the hall or fame was the most arrogant classless speech i had ever seen - and the first thing i think of when MJ comes to mind is him sticking his tongue out as he goes up for a dunk... Jordan is classless at its finest. he is a thug in a pin strip suite and i hope he fails as the owner of the bob cats.
ReplyDeleteBrad, I don't see how cursing and slamming clubs equals cockiness. If anything, Tiger is an asshole, but everyone is entitled to there opinion.
ReplyDeleteJoe, you are correct about Jordan's HOF speech BUT his on court actions and the way he carried himself during his playing days is what I am talking about. You never saw Jordan dancing on the court or showboating with all his teammates. You also NEVER heard him say, with great emphasis, that if he wanted he could win any individual award he wanted every single year. Period. Jordan was the type of guy that would rip someone a new asshole if they were dancing or excessively celebrating. Lebron encourages this. Not to mention all of the flexing and snarling that he does.
