Tiger will not return to the status of best golfer in the world. Here is the list of golfers throughout history have won at least 4 majors before and after the age of 35.

Pretty short list huh? These also did not have an injury that has already required 4 surgeries. The reason Tiger is changing his swing is because he is 35 years old with a bad knee. Most people (actually none) have recovered from that to take the top spot again.
