Ok lets' get conference predictions back to discussion on the board. Let's start with the Big X. Who do you think is gonna pull it out this year? There are a ton of teams that could win the conference with tOSU being under the gun.
tOSU: Like I said before, they are under the gun, but have the best athletes in conference.
Michigan: Brady Hoke is a great coach and has won every where he's been. Can he revive the D? I think he can.
MSU: D'antoni(sp?) is a helluva coach and will have them as competative as anyone in the league.
NW: They are going to jump a lot of doubters this year.
Iowa: Kirk Ferentz seems to reload every year. Can they get over the hump?
Penn St: I think they get steam rolled this year.
Wisky: Again, always a solid team and seem to be getting more elite in the conferene every year that passes.
Nebraska: I read an article today talking about how well the Black Shirts play the run. With the Big X being mostly a run first conference, they should have a chance to win the conference in it's first year.
I left Illinois, Minn., Indiana, and Purdue out of the conversation, but feel free to add them.
My pick would be: Iowa......They seem to be ready to take the next step.
For you to even mention NW in an article titled 'who wins the Big 10' almost made me stop reading. Did you just run out of shit to say and want your post a little longer?? And 'OSU has the best athletes in the country' which ones? the ones that are suspended or the ones that have entered the supplement draft?
ReplyDeleteThe Big 10 this year is. Nebraska, Wisc, Penn State OR Iowa. No one else. There really isn't any need to even discuss anyone else.
My pick is Nebraska.
I agree with Nebraska. Pellini is a hell of a coach and will have that defense ready and Taylor Martinez with one more year experience will be scary good.
