The guy who is doing a lot of the talking about "signing the papers" is actually the school Superintendent. Love how that idiot is arguing with a gunman over what he's done as the superindendent saying he wanted a sales tax instead of property tax hikes. Funny one is the guy saying he will go help the guy's wife get a job, and then he throws the superindendent under the bus by saying "he signed the papers". Classic.
