What if they were carving out 4 faces in Stone Mountain to represent football in the South. (not just the SEC) Football in the South is religion and Atlanta thought that stone mountain was getting kind of boring and to beef up the attraction they decided to make a Mount Rushmore of Football in the South. So the director of operations of Stone Mountain called me and asked that Southern Fried Shit make the call on who gets to be put on it... So here is 3 out of 4. help me out with the 4th. and of course feel free to make a suggestions on any of my 3 that you disagree with.
Bear Bryant
Bobby Bowden
Eddie Robinson

I'm with you on Bear. But My list would look something like this:
ReplyDeleteBear
Bobby Dodd
Hershel (as bad as hate to say it)
Who knows??? but surely not Eddie Robinson or Bowden.
from a historical perspective - eddie robinson had a huge influence in the black community of football and was extremely respected (until late in his career - but give a brother a break, he was getting old a hell) - I could be persuaded to take bowden down but i need to hear an argument why. tell me why bobby dodd deserves to be up and bowden does not.
ReplyDeleteBryant
ReplyDeleteDooley
Spurrier?
Bowden (i guess, he played in a shitty conf for years)
Jody
Bear Bryant
ReplyDeleteSteve Spurrier
Bobby Bowden
Pat Dye
No way in a hell a fucking GT coach makes this list.
pat dye? come on dude. lets say it together HOME-ER
ReplyDeleteI am a Bama fan. How the hell does putting Pat Dye on that list make me a homer? If anything, it just shows the level of hate that I have for Georgia and that other wanna-be football school in Atlanta....GT Bumble Fucks.
ReplyDeleteBP=What Paul Johnson is gonna do to Bama and Saban in 2013.....Butthole Penetration. Word to ya mutha.
ReplyDeletei thought that it was Culpepper that put that, i didnt think you would put dye...
