This would be huge, but I don't see tOSU pulling the plug on Sweater Vest, unless there is more to the story than has been leaked. This would be huge though. I hope it's true.
ReplyDeleteI'm hearing the same thing Starrett and I'm hearing Urban Meyer's name being talked about - this could be a way for OSU to save face with the NCAA by firing him, saving themselves a buy out, and landing one of the biggest names in College Football. He grew up only a couple of hours away from Columbus.
ReplyDeleteI don't see CUM going anywhere until he feels he has another offensive guru he can trust to go with him. He knew his ship had sunk when Mullen left. I would like to see who they'd make a run at.
ReplyDeletewe need to remember that they got Sweater Vest from Youngstown State.. do you think they would go the same route?? I can't imagine they would but I wouldn't put anything past Gordon Gee.. I think it would largely depend on the state of the program after the NCAA gets finished with them.
